The hotel is very close to the main attractions. It is a short walk to the big bazaar. The staff was particularly helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. I received bottled water several times, free of charge.
The street outside was sometimes noisy early in the morning.

the location was great. t1 tram access was easy. grand bazaar, hagia sophia, blue mosque, and basilica cistern were all easily reachable by foot (i enjoyed the walks). many stores and shops were also nearby.
the room was not cleaned every day. the cleaning was not very good when it occurred. the wellness area was not excellent. the breakfast selection did not offer a great variety of choices.

The hotel's location is very convenient (it's close to the main tourist attractions). My room was kept very clean . The breakfast offered many choices each morning. I liked that.
My room was a bit small, without much space to leave things. I noticed that the street outside could be noisy. I could hear trucks unloading early in the morning.
